Ong cuci does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Any deposit suspected of coming from a third party will be frozen pending investigation.
Ong cuci is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment service provider. Please review your e-wallet or bank's terms before making a deposit.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX are processed within 1–3 working hours.
Ong cuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000. This is a standard security measure to protect players against unauthorised withdrawals.
Any bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirements before the associated funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover conditions will be stated in the terms of each promotion. Original deposits may be withdrawn at any time without rollover requirements, unless that deposit was used to claim a bonus.

All sports bets placed on Ong Cuci — including Malaysia Super League, EPL, UCL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports — are only considered valid once confirmed by our system and reflected in your account's betting history. Ong Cuci reserves the right to reject or void any bet found to have been placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Match results are determined based on sports news sources and official sporting bodies. Any disputes regarding results will be referred to a recognised, neutral third-party source.
The minimum stake for Sports Betting is RM5 per slip. Maximum limits vary by bet type and league — specific limits are displayed during the bet placement process. Ong Cuci reserves the right to reduce betting limits for specific players based on betting pattern analysis.

Consequences of Violation: Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation, and referral to the relevant authorities if illegal activity is involved.
You may close your Ong Cuci account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your payment method, subject to the fulfilment of any applicable rollover requirements.
Ong Cuci reserves the right to close or freeze any player's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or legal compliance requirements. In confirmed cases of violation, the account balance may be forfeited. Ong cuci's total liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 90 days preceding the claim. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties within 30 days. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration by a mutually appointed arbitrator, whose decision shall be final and binding.
